Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not currently available at Takanini Town Centre. Upon the event Gift Cards are made available, these conditions apply. Gift Cards may be issued used and accepted, by Takanini Town Centre including, where available, at Takanini Town Centre and/or through the Website. The Gift Card remains the property of Takanini Town Centre. It cannot be copied or reproduced in any circumstances. Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards. However, they are to be treated as cash. Keep in a safe place as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
All Gift Cards are exclusive to Takanini Town Centre and may be used in store at any participating retailers (‘Participating Retailers’) for their goods and services. Takanini Town Centre will provide a list of Participating Retailers following your request. Gift Cards cannot be used for purchasing products online.
Gift Cards can be loaded with any amount between $10.00 and $00. Each card can only be loaded at the time of purchase. Additional credit cannot be added to the Gift Card and you cannot consolidate multiple cards. Balances cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash nor will change be given. Gift Cards are valid for x months from the date of purchase, at which time they will expire, and all remaining unused balance will be forfeited.
Gift Cards are deemed void and not redeemable if they are defaced, altered or tampered with in any way and will not be replaced or reissued. Participating Retailers reserve the right not to accept payment or part payment of any item, where they reasonably suspect the Gift Card may have been stolen or obtained in any other illegal way.
Takanini Town Centre is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card. Any disputes over goods or services purchased using a Gift Card must be resolved directly with the Participating Retailer from where they were purchased. Any disputes or errors in a transaction involving your Gift Card must be addressed to the Participating Retailer where the error was made to rectify the error. Reimbursed funds from returned goods cannot be returned to your Gift Card.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Takanini Town Centre will not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, losses and damages you suffer whether direct, that may arise in connection with any goods or services purchased by the redemption of your Gift Card;
Takanini Town Centre will not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms; and
In the event Takanini Town Centre is liable to you in relation to a Gift Card, this liability will not exceed the amount loaded onto that a Gift Card at the time of purchase.
Takanini Town Centre may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card programme, for any reason, at any time and without notice. Should this occur, a refund or replacement with an alternative Gift Card will be issued with the existing balance to the holder on presentation of their existing Gift Card.
Intellectual Property
Takanini Town Centre either owns or otherwise has the right to use all copyright and other intellectual property rights in this Website and reserves all rights, save as provided in this disclaimer, and all such rights are reserved. You may electronically reproduce and store the contents of this Website solely for the purposes of viewing this Website, or saving Website content, for your own personal use.
Unless we have given our written consent, in relation to this Website you must not:
display or distribute the content of any of its pages in public or where the content is accessible to the public, including any reproduction in any form on the Internet;
