We’re very excited to announce the official opening of our local Takanini Village Library this Saturday 27 March. See you there!

Join us for a day of fun celebrating the opening of our new Community Hub. Learn, create and share in this new space with us! We are thrilled to have the Counties Manukau Cricket Association onsite for the day on the Village Green with fun activations and activities for the kids.

Our opening ceremony will begin at 10am and we look forward to welcoming all to our Powhiri as we officially open the library as a place of community, learning, exploring, and imagination. A library is a place where the community, young and old, can get together to read, research, reconnect and build relationships.

From 10.30am we will have numerous games, activities, and entertainment so make sure you come along and enjoy the day.
